This policy applies to E3 International Pty Ltd (E3 International).
The policy explains how E3 International uses personal information
collected through this website (www.e3international.com).
E3 International is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained
in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. E3 International may, from time
to time, review and update this privacy policy statement to take
account of new laws and technology and changes to E3 International's
operations. All personal information held by E3 International will
be governed by E3 International's most recent policy, posted on
this website (www.e3international.com).
What kind of personal information E3 International collects and how it is
collected
E3 International collects personal information from a variety of sources,
including from members of the public, client lists and business partners.
In general, the personal information E3 International collects includes
(but is not limited to) name, address, contact details, gender, employer,
occupation, and in some cases membership of professional associations.
Personal Information you provide: We store the personal information
you enter on the E3 International website or give to E3 International in other
ways. We obtain most personal information through the E3 International
Information Memorandum request process and the E3 International contact
process.
Automatic collection: Cookies: E3 International uses a feature
of your browser called a cookie to assign your computer a 'User ID'.
Cookies contain information by which E3 International can identify you.
They identify your computer to our servers. You may configure your

which it is collected and for such other secondary purposes that are
related to the primary purpose of collection.
E3 International generally uses personal information to:
- provide you with information you have requested;
- help E3 International manage and enhance its services;
- communicate with you;
- provide you with ongoing information about opportunities related to E3 International's
business which E3 International believes you may be interested; and
- give you the opportunity from time to time to receive e-mail and 'e-newsletters'
from E3 International.
In most cases where E3 International asks you to provide information about yourself,
if you do not provide E3 International with that information, E3 International
will not be able to provide you with the requested product or service.
Disclosure
E3 International may disclose personal information to E3 International Partners
(N.M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd and E3 International Pty Ltd) which may
only then be used as set out above. If E3 International or one or
both of the E3 International Partners sells part of its business,
personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the
purchaser.
Management and security of personal information
E3 International protects
the personal information E3 International holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised
access, modification or disclosure by various means including firewalls,
pass word access, and secure servers.
Seeking access to the personal information E3 International holds about
you
You have the right to seek access to the personal information held about you
and to advise E3 International of any inaccuracy. There are some exceptions
to this right set out in the Privacy Act.
If you make an access request, E3 International will ask you to verify
your identity and specify what information you require. E3 International
may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request.
